Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@machspeedweekend.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@machspeedweekend.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
